The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the VP, Sales and VP, Marketing by conducting research, preparing presentations, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. Other responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations. Other duties may be assigned.
