Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Contract and Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day activities in administering our customer and hospital contract management program, as well as supporting the additional needs of the sales team. This role will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the contract management and execution of contract related activities for the company. Attention to detail, ability to work independently, problem solve, and collaborate are necessary. Identify areas of improvement and automation to gain efficiencies and see them through to execution. Develop and administer reports and dashboards around key performance metrics to help the sales organization focus on key performance drivers. Other duties as assigned.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports or business correspondence.

 

 

Computer Skills

Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Ability to learn various software programs.
