Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Quality Manager establishes and maintains quality assurance processes; directs the establishment and administration of quality assurance/quality control to Quality operations; administers sound quality policies to insure safety and quality of products; evaluates and develops improvement policies encountered in quality evaluation of products; and performs other related other duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for direct management of quality inspectors, document control. Responsible for supporting management functions of Quality Engineering roles. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
