Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Planner/Scheduler role primarily supports manufacturing with scheduling, tracking, reconciling and follow-up, as needed to support the Master Build Schedule and company objectives. Secondarily, there may be execution of delivery releases and expediting of Purchased Items and Consumables, as well as, Services to support Engineering and other support departments. The position will exhibit excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency with skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and Graphs) and ERP systems, such as Oracle/QAD/SAP.

Requirements (Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, etc.)

 

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports as well as business correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate in English.

 

 

Computer Skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – ability to use word processing, above average to advanced spreadsheet/database applications. Ability to learn various software programs.
