Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of Human Resources. The HR Generalist supports the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, HR Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. The HR Generalist is highly focused on supporting the employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
