Senior Manager Global Sales Compensation

The Senior Manager of Global Sales Compensation is responsible for leading the global strategy, design, reporting and governance of the compensation structure and variable plans for all sales roles within Sientra. This role is also responsible for developing tactical analytics and continuous improvement projects that deliver increased productivity of the sales operations and field sales teams. This role requires the agility to have a strategic focus balanced by tactical “hands on” responsibilities.
