Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sientra is seeking a highly detail-oriented person with a thorough understanding of the importance of confidentiality who will work closely with Finance and HR to perform the activities necessary to process payroll and manage equity administration.  The payroll duties include processing biweekly payroll and additional payroll cycles as necessary, filing certain payroll tax reports, tracking payroll tax filings filed by ADP, addressing tax notices received, and additional payroll-related tasks as necessary.  The equity administration duties include managing and maintaining the equity database, preparing necessary journal entries, updating payroll tax rates in the equity database to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance for equity transactions, and assisting with other equity projects as necessary.
