Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is responsible for assisting our Sales Team with technical and administrative support for Sientra’s breast products segment. The SSR supports our Sales Representative’s strong customer relationships by creating positive interactions with both Sales Representatives and customers.  Position requires excellent phone, analytical, communication, problem solving, customer service skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast paced, high demand environment. They are responsible for processing requests and transactions related to Marketing Sales programs; works directly with Customer Experience, Account Experience, and Accounts Receivables to perform accurate transactions  and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements (Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, etc.)

 

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports or business correspondence.

 

 

Computer Skills

Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Ability to learn various software programs. Demonstrated knowledge of computer-based order management systems. Typing and ten-key numerical entry skills.
