The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive team by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Other responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements and preparing expense reports. Other duties may be assigned.
